This ensures the paper’s flexibility, whiteness, and stability from the source, with heavy metal content far below EU REACH standards.

Empowered by recycled raw materials: In response to the call for a circular economy, we scientifically proportion waste paper pulp that has undergone rigorous sorting, disintegration, and deinking. Our waste paper utilization rate reaches an industry-leading 85% or more, reducing resource consumption and preventing impurities from affecting paper quality through precise slag removal processes.

All raw materials undergo three tests before entering the warehouse: fiber length, moisture content, and impurity rate must all meet standards before entering the production stage, eliminating the possibility of “good paper from inferior materials” from the source.

Pulping: Precise proportions, like “mixing soup,” are used. The beating degree is controlled via a disc mill (38-42°SR for cultural paper, 22-26°SR for toilet paper). Environmentally friendly sizing agents, wet strength agents, and other auxiliary materials are added. Simultaneously, degassing and desanding processes remove air bubbles and fine sand, preventing “pinhole” defects in the finished paper.

Papermaking: The headbox evenly sprays the pulp onto a copper wire mesh. Through vacuum dewatering, pressing and shaping, and gradient drying (temperature 80-120℃), paper sheets are formed. Real-time monitoring of the pulp-to-wire ratio (0.95-1.05) and moisture deviation (±0.5%) ensures that paper uniformity and dryness meet standards.

Post-processing: A 3-5 roller calender (linear pressure 150-200kN/m) enhances smoothness; a slitting machine precisely cuts the product to customer specifications (error ≤0.1mm); finally, it is secured with moisture-proof packaging and wooden pallets to prevent moisture damage during transportation.
